Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active law license in the U.S. jurisdiction where the candidate resides.
• Two or more years of conflicts-related experience preferred.
• Strong writing skills, with ability to translate requirements clearly.
• Ability to travel to other Firm locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve conflicts of interest for intake and lateral hires.
• Draft conflicts waivers and review engagement letters for conflicts language.
• Review outside counsel guidelines (OCGs) and engagement agreements for deviations.
• Communicate findings with partners, staff, and firm leadership.
• Maintain thorough records of conflicts resolutions and waivers.
• Provide training on conflicts, ethics, and professional responsibility.
