Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Conflicts Counsel to identify and resolve conflicts of interest for new and existing matters, including lateral hires and engagement letters. You will collaborate with Conflicts, Client Engagement, and Risk Management teams.

Requirements include a JD and active U.S. license, 3+ years in a large firm, and strong writing and analytical skills; Intapp experience is preferred. Remote flexibility offered.

Qualifications

• JD and active law license in the U.S.
• Three or more years of direct, full-time conflicts experience at a large law firm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Boolean searching.
• Experience with Intapp Open and Intapp Terms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve conflicts of interest for intake and ongoing matters.
• Draft and review conflicts waivers and engagement letters.
• Communicate findings clearly with partners, staff and leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of conflict resolutions in firm systems.
• Assist with external guidelines and engagement terms to ensure compliance.
