Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking an experienced conflicts review lawyer to join the US Compliance team. The role protects the firm by identifying and mitigating conflicts before new matters, lateral hires, or business initiatives proceed, enabling partners to move forward confidently while maintaining global standards.

The US Compliance Team collaborates across regions, with on‑call scheduling and a remote work option from states with offices.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in one or more states where Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP has offices.
• Experience working as a lawyer.
• Thorough knowledge of US conflicts rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise partners, lawyers, and the Global Compliance Team on conflicts of interest and related ethical/commercial concerns.
• Supervise two Compliance Analysts and ensure timely production of work.
• Interact with management to resolve conflicts in the context of new matters, lateral hires, and business initiatives.
• Manage a docket of 15–30 conflict matters at any given time.
