Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is a full‑service firm seeking a Conflicts Analyst to manage conflict screening, research, and reporting as part of new client intake. The role may be remote or based in any office location, with Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedules.

The analyst will perform conflict searches, review Intapp Open submissions, and produce Conflict Results Reports while coordinating with stakeholders and managing deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2‑ or 4‑year degree preferred.
• 3‑5 years’ experience required, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Previous experience with Intapp required.
• Experience following bankruptcy guidelines and related rules with respect to conflicts processing preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints.
• Ability to perform effectively with moderate supervision and within established time limits and on‑going deadlines.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally and provide exceptional service.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis and decision making for new clients/matter processing.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests in a timely manner.
• Perform detailed corporate research using various search resources.
• Includes analysis, interpretation, and application of information via recent press releases and historical references to entities.
• Review Intapp Open workflow requests to ensure key information is included for processing.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts.
• Research materiality of potential conflicts when appropriate.
• Consult Conflicts Database and firm documents to ensure appropriate resolutions.
• Contact stakeholders to clear potential conflicts.
• Communicate daily with the Manager regarding resolution of potential conflicts.
• Document and organize documentation regarding the resolution of potential conflicts of interest.
• Maintain contact with attorneys and staff on conflict matters.
• Track status of outstanding or ongoing Work Flow requests.
• Handle special projects from the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.
