Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a professional services environment.
• Previous experience with Intapp Open.
• Experience following bankruptcy guidelines and related rules with respect to conflicts processing.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests in a timely manner.
• Perform detailed corporate research using various search resources and recent references.
• Review Intapp Open workflow requests for key information inclusion.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts.
• Conduct research to determine materiality of potential conflicts when appropriate.
• Research Conflicts Database and firm documents to ensure appropriate resolution.
• Contact stakeholders to clear potential conflicts and communicate updates.
• Document and organize resolution of conflicts; maintain records.
• Maintain contact with attorneys and staff on conflict matters; track workflow status.
• Handle special projects assigned by Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.
