Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to handle conflicts-related intake and produce conflict results reports. The role includes coordinating and documenting conflict resolutions, and supporting the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.

The position can be filled remotely or in any office location, with Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules. Responsibilities include processing conflict searches, researching entities, reviewing workflow submissions, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a professional services environment desired.
• Experience with Intapp is required.
• Bankruptcy guidelines knowledge related to conflicts processing is preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize many tasks under deadlines.
• Excellent professional interaction and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests promptly.
• Perform corporate research using press releases and historical references to evaluate entities.
• Review Intapp Open workflow requests to ensure key information is included for processing.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts.
• Conduct research to determine materiality of potential conflicts when needed.
• Consult Conflicts Database and firm documents to resolve conflicts appropriately.
• Contact stakeholders to clear potential conflicts and document outcomes.
• Maintain communication with the Manager on conflicts of interest resolution.
