Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join our team. This role handles conflict searches, produces conflict results reports, and assists with resolution of potential conflicts of interest, supporting intake for new clients and matters.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, Intapp Open familiarity, and a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred). The position may be remote or located in any office, with schedules Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience with Intapp Open is required.
• Bankruptcy guidelines knowledge related to conflicts processing preferred.
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests promptly.
• Review corporate research using press releases and historical references.
• Thorough review of Intapp Open workflow requests for complete submissions.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true conflicts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clear potential conflicts.
• Document and organize records regarding resolution of conflicts.
