Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP, a full‑service litigation and business law firm, seeks a Conflicts Analyst. This role may be filled remotely or in any office location, with schedules Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities include processing conflict searches, conducting corporate research, reviewing Intapp Open submissions, producing the Conflict Results Report, and coordinating resolution of potential conflicts of interest. 3–5 years’ experience and Intapp familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience required in a professional services environment.
• Previous experience with Intapp required.
• Experience following bankruptcy guidelines and related rules with respect to conflicts processing preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests in a timely manner.
• Perform detailed corporate research using various search resources and recent press releases.
• Thorough review of Intapp Open workflow requests to ensure key information is included.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts.
• Conduct necessary research to determine materiality of potential conflicts.
• Research Conflicts Database and other firm documents to ensure appropriate conflicts resolution.
• Contact the appropriate stakeholders to clear potential conflicts.
• Communicate daily with the Manager regarding resolution of potential conflicts of interest.
• Document and organize documentation regarding resolution of potential conflicts of interest.
• Maintain contact with attorneys and staff on conflict of interest matters.
• Track status of outstanding Work Flow requests.
• Handle special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.
