Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to manage conflicts intake, produce conflict results reports, and support resolution of conflicts of interest. The role may be performed remotely or at any office location, with Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules.

Responsibilities include processing conflict searches, researching corporate information, reviewing Intapp Open workflows, and documenting outcomes for the team. Prior experience with Intapp is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience required, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Previous experience with Intapp required.
• Experience following bankruptcy guidelines and related rules with respect to conflicts processing preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct detailed corporate research using various search resources and references.
• Review Intapp Open workflow requests for essential information.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts.
• Research materiality of potential conflicts when appropriate.
• Document and organize resolution documentation for conflicts of interest.
• Maintain contact with attorneys and staff on conflict matters.
• Track status of outstanding or ongoing workflow requests.
• Handle special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.
