The position supports the US Compliance Team, collaborates with global offices, and may be performed remotely from states with an Norton Rose Fulbright office. Prior conflicts experience and familiarity with databases are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to conflicts of interest searches for lawyers and staff.
• Review information submitted for accuracy and request clarifications as needed.
• Research corporate histories and affiliations using public sources.
• Design effective Boolean database searches and evaluate results for relevance.
• Summarize basis for potential conflicts and communicate findings to the assigned attorney.
• Collaborate with Compliance Attorney to maintain efficient workflow.
