Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks an experienced conflict review lawyer to join the US Compliance team. You will advise on conflicts of interest, supervise two Compliance Analysts, and collaborate across global compliance teams to mitigate risks in new matters and hires.

This role requires state bar admission, strong commercial judgment, and excellent written and oral communication skills. It may be performed remotely from US states with firm offices and requires on-call duties.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in one or more States.
Experience working as a lawyer.
Strong knowledge of US conflicts rules.
Excellent commercial judgment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to supervise the work of two analysts.

Responsibilities

Advise partners and the Compliance Team on conflicts of interest and related considerations.
Supervise workflows and output of at least two Compliance Analysts.
Collaborate with global Compliance Teams on conflicts for new matters and hires.
Drive conflict resolution and manage a docket of 15–30 matters.
Support enforcement of Global Practice Standards related to sanctions and privacy.
