Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of conflicts or legal assistant experience.
• Excellent oral and written business communication skills; exposure to international business is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflicts of interest searches and review information submitted by lawyers and staff.
• Research corporate history and affiliations of clients and parties; use Boolean searches to query the conflicts database.
• Summarize basis for potential conflicts and communicate findings to assigned Compliance Attorney.
• Work with Compliance Attorney to ensure accurate and efficient workflow; respond to internal requests.
