Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in Oakland, CA is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to manage intake and conflict resolution reporting across client matters. This role may be remote or based in any office location, with Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules.

The analyst will review conflict searches, perform targeted research, and coordinate with stakeholders to clear potential conflicts while maintaining thorough documentation and timely communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Previous experience with Intapp Open required.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests.
• Conduct corporate research using press releases and historical references.
• Review Intapp Open workflow requests for key information.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true conflicts.
• Research materiality of potential conflicts when needed.
• Document and organize resolution of conflicts of interest.
