Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to manage conflict searches and reports for new clients and matters. The role includes detailed corporate research, reviewing Intapp Open submissions, and ensuring accurate conflict resolution according to firm guidelines.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, document resolutions, and communicate with managers daily to address potential conflicts and materiality questions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Experience with Intapp Open required.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy guidelines related to conflicts processing preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and matter requests.
• Perform corporate research using press releases and historical references.
• Review Intapp Open workflow requests for key information to ensure proper processing.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts.
• Conduct research to determine materiality of potential conflicts when appropriate.
• Research conflicts databases and firm documents to ensure proper resolution.
• Contact stakeholders to clear potential conflicts and coordinate resolutions.
• Communicate daily with the Manager regarding resolution of conflicts or areas of concern.
• Document and organize records related to conflict resolutions.
• Maintain contact with attorneys and staff on conflict of interest matters.
• Track status of outstanding or ongoing workflow requests.
• Handle special projects as assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.
