Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in Illinois seeks a Conflicts Analyst to manage conflicts intake, perform searches, and produce conflict results reports, coordinating with teams to resolve potential conflicts of interest. This role may be filled remotely or in any office location.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of professional services experience, familiarity with Intapp Open, and strong analytical and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a professional services environment.
• Intapp Open familiarity required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests.
• Perform corporate research using press releases and historical references.
• Review Intapp Open workflow requests for required information.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true conflicts.
• Conduct necessary research to determine materiality of potential conflicts as needed.
• Research Conflicts Database and firm documents to ensure proper resolution.
• Contact request stakeholders to clear potential conflicts.
• Communicate with the Manager about resolution of conflicts and areas of concern.
• Document and organize records related to conflict resolution.
• Maintain contact with attorneys and staff on conflict matters.
• Track status of open Work Flow requests.
• Handle special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.
