Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in the United States seeks a Conflicts Analyst to manage conflicts intake, produce conflict reports, and assist with resolving potential conflicts of interest. This role may be remote or based in any office location.

You will process conflict searches for daily requests, perform corporate research, review Intapp Open workflows, and coordinate with stakeholders to clear conflicts. A high school diploma and 3–5 years’ professional services experience plus Intapp familiarity are

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience following bankruptcy guidelines and related rules with respect to conflicts processing.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally and provide exceptional service.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis and decision making for new clients/matter processing.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests in a timely manner.
• Perform detailed corporate research using various search resources and recent press releases.
• Review Intapp Open workflow requests for key information and processing.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clear potential conflicts and document resolutions.
• Track status of outstanding or ongoing Work Flow requests.
• Support the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers on special projects.
