Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to handle conflict searches and report generation as part of initial client intake. The role supports the coordination and documentation for resolving potential conflicts of interest. Remote work options are available across firm locations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years’ experience, and prior Intapp experience. The firm emphasizes teamwork, client service, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience required, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Previous experience with Intapp required.
• Experience following bankruptcy guidelines and related rules with respect to conflicts processing preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally and provide exceptional service.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis and decision making for new clients/matter processing.

Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct detailed corporate research using various search resources and recent press releases.
• Review Intapp Open workflow requests for necessary key information.
• Provide detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify potential conflicts.
• Research conflicts database and firm documents to ensure appropriate resolution.
• Contact stakeholders to clear potential conflicts and document resolutions.
• Communicate with Manager regarding resolution of conflicts and areas of concern.
• Maintain documentation and organization of conflict resolution materials.
