Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a Confirmations Specialist to qualify in-home sales appointments and support Design Consultants with fully qualified appointments. The role focuses on reducing cancellations and no-shows while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling management, inbound/outbound calls, and confirming criteria such as homeownership, project scope, and decision-maker availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in confirmations, call center, or sales-related roles
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules for Design Consultants
• Handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls
• Confirm and verify required criteria for in-home sales appointments, including: Homeownership, Project interest and scope, Decision-maker availability
• Reinforce appointment expectations and value with homeowners
• Improve customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication
• Reduce cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows
• Document all appointment updates and notes accurately in the CRM
• Communicate schedule changes or concerns to sales leadership
