Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a Confirmations Specialist to confirm and qualify in-home sales appointments, ensuring Design Consultants receive fully qualified leads and helping reduce cancellations and no-shows.

The role involves scheduling, inbound/outbound calls, and verifying criteria such as homeowner status, project scope, and decision-maker availability, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in confirmations, call center, or sales-related roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate schedules for Design Consultants.
• Handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls.
• Confirm and verify required criteria for in-home appointments, including homeownership, project scope, and decision-maker availability.
• Reinforce appointment expectations and value with homeowners.
• Improve customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
• Reduce cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows.
• Document all appointment updates and notes accurately in the CRM.
• Communicate schedule changes or concerns to sales leadership.
