Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a Confirmations Specialist to qualify in-home sales appointments and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role directly supports Design Consultants by issuing fully qualified appointments and reducing cancellations and no-shows.

You will manage and maintain accurate schedules for Design Consultants, handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls, verify criteria like homeownership and decision-maker availability, and document updates in the CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in confirmations, call center, or sales-related roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules for Design Consultants.
• Handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls.
• Confirm and verify required criteria for in-home sales appointments (homeownership, project scope, decision-maker availability).
• Reinforce appointment expectations and value with homeowners.
• Document all appointment updates and notes accurately in the CRM.
• Communicate schedule changes or concerns to sales leadership.
• Reduce cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows.
