Job summary

MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals and building materials, seeks a Concrete Admixture Sales Representative for the Northern NJ region. The role focuses on driving sales through hands-on product demonstrations and samples, while building relationships with key buyers and expanding the customer base.

You will identify solutions from MAPEI’s portfolio, attend trade shows, and gather market intelligence to influence strategy.

Qualifications

• External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key purchasing decision-makers.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
