Job summary

Skillsoft seeks an experienced Compliance Account Executive to prospect for new opportunities with existing customers and net-new prospects. This remote role (Eastern Time Zone) focuses on selling compliance, ethics, and safety solutions to senior leaders across complex organizations.

You will drive revenue growth through whitespace acquisitions, upgrades, and strategic cross-sells, leveraging a structured sales process and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales experience in PaaS, SaaS, B2B or related software fields with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and navigate complex sales cycles.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com for pipeline management and reporting; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new compliance customers and expanding existing relationships.
• Position Skillsoft’s compliance and safety solutions to key decision-makers and influencers.
• Collaborate across teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and closing deals.
• Engage senior leaders to drive decision-making and close opportunities; manage follow-ups and timelines.
