Radian Generation is seeking a Senior NERC Compliance Analyst to oversee compliance programs for NERC registered projects. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.

You will track regulatory filings, collaborate with the NERC Implementation team during construction, lead client and contractor meetings, and manage the Compliance Analyst workflow. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in NERC Compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.
• 3+ years of work experience in NERC Compliance.

Responsabilités

• Manage compliance activities for NERC registered projects.
• Track and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects.
• Collaborate with the NERC Implementation team during construction for project registration.
• Lead meetings with clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and others.
• Supervise workflow for the Compliance Analyst.
