Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational readiness and compliance initiatives for operating assets and transitioning projects into operations.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requests, navigate site activities, and translate field work into compliance workflows.
• Background as a generalist across cyber, operational, and planning standards in regulatory contexts.
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or operating-project work and willingness to learn across cyber and operations standards.
• Experience assessing how site activities affect regulatory obligations.
• Experience as a regulatory/compliance analyst or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support operating projects with NERC processes and other compliance tasks; curate responses to regulator requests for information.
• Initially support 2–3 sites and expand as the role grows, focusing on assets in operations.
• Interact with regulators, site personnel, legal/regulatory teams, operations teams, and cybersecurity/SCADA colleagues.
