Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to join the Compliance & Reporting customer team. This role focuses on building configurable reports to support expansion into new jurisdictions and ensure state and agency-specific reporting compliance.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and develop reporting workflows that minimize customization while meeting varied

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows that reduce customization while meeting diverse customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify opportunities to improve the product.
• Assist in establishing engineering standards, processes, and best practices for a new team supporting Mark43's growth.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript and JSON for form configuration and automation.
• Improve internal documentation and tooling to simplify compliance reporting.
