Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a detail-oriented compliance and QA professional to support an enterprise-wide regulatory program in a complex financial services environment. You will strengthen monitoring, risk assessments, regulatory change management, and testing across the organization in a collaborative remote setting.

You will work with compliance leaders, subject matter experts, and risk owners to translate findings into practical improvements and contribute to audits and regulatory examinations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Approximately 5 years of directly related experience.
• Experience leading audits or regulatory examinations.
• Strong understanding of ERM frameworks and risk processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain QA programs supporting regulatory compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure adherence to laws and standards.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory examinations with internal/external parties.
• Conduct comprehensive compliance risk assessments with risk owners.
• Develop risk assessment methodologies, metrics, and documentation standards.
• Create QA testing plans, sampling methods, and schedules for risk areas.
• Report on testing results, risks, and improvement actions.
• Support regulatory change monitoring and remediation initiatives.
• Maintain high integrity, confidentiality, and documentation quality.
