Vast Bank is looking for a Financial Crime Controls and Testing professional to support the Bank’s Financial Crime Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) program. The role involves reviewing compliance across anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML, fraud, risk, controls, or QA within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of Financial Crime risk assessment frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing complex monitoring alerts, investigations, and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, maintenance, and execution of a comprehensive Financial Crime QA/QC framework.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Recommend process and control improvements based on QA findings and industry best practices.
