Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate policy, compliance, governance, risk management, information security or audit.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry (finance, healthcare, government, defense).
• Ability to travel up to 5% for meetings and client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Research client requests using available support tools and resources.
• Research client questions thoroughly to increase knowledge of compliance topics and support quality.
• Monitor incoming requests via cases and emails and resolve per Service Level Standards.
• Partner with business units to align on information quality and delivery to clients.
• Contribute to development and management of Jack Henry's client assurance strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate existing client assurance documentation and address gaps.
• Maintain and update internal processes, procedures, and client-facing docs.
• Create and review educational resources for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry, regulatory and due diligence requirements.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
