Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to validate secure remote access workflows and ensure quality across applications, infrastructure, and enterprise environments. The role is 100% remote with potential hybrid options for some areas, focusing on functional, integration, regression and system testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA/QA analysis or related testing role.
• Experience testing complex enterprise software, infrastructure or security-sensitive apps.
• Strong networking concepts and client-server knowledge.
• Hands-on testing of protocols SSH, RDP, VNC, and databases or Kubernetes remote access.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression and system-level testing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to analyze logs and reproduce defects.
• Testing across Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, virtualization and DevOps workflows.
• Experience with APIs, databases or backend services in end-to-end testing.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization and secure access concepts.
• Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar defect tracking tools.
• Ability to work in Agile teams and use AI-assisted testing tools.
• U.S. Person for GovCloud role.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for Keeper Connection Manager features and secure remote access workflows.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system and exploratory testing across KCM components.
• Validate remote access workflows using SSH, RDP and VNC.
• Test KCM behavior across Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
• Validate authentication, authorization, session management, and encrypted communications.
• Reproduce and document defects with clear steps and logs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot complex networking and performance issues.
• Verify new KCM integrations and deployment configurations across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Build and maintain test cases, regression suites and QA documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirements reviews and release validation.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to support test design and troubleshooting.
