Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Compliance Project Manager to provide end-to-end project management for Regulatory Compliance initiatives in a remote setting for a banking client. The role tracks and reports on actions to ensure adherence to laws, internal policies, and regulatory expectations, including Employee Accountability considerations.

W2 hourly role with benefits; requires extensive PM experience in compliance, strong writing, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ACAMS certification preferred.
• 8+ years of PM experience in banking with BSA/AML/OFAC focus.
• Excellent writing, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with FFIEC guidelines, OCC regs, and related US laws.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PM for multiple work streams and initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sponsor, Owner, and Stakeholders; provide progress updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and as designed.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for leadership.
• Support remediation of audit findings and CAP closures.
