Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Compliance Project Manager to provide end-to-end project management supporting Regulatory Compliance. The role ensures activities comply with governing regulations and internal policies, reporting on initiatives to ensure execution of laws and regulatory expectations.

Remote work is supported for a US-based consultant on a W2 basis with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• ACAMS certification required.
• Professional certifications in project management preferred.
• About 8 years of hands-on BSA/AML and OFAC experience in a US Foreign Bank setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide accountability for job performance actions aligned to the bank’s Risk Appetite & Tolerance Framework; mitigate violations.
• Own project objectives and deliver end-to-end project management for multiple work streams.
• Assist in developing and coordinating action plans and follow-up on project action items.
• Coordinate with Project Sponsor, Project Owner, and Stakeholders; provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Drive timely remediation of BSA/AML/OFAC issues and regulatory findings in compliance with actions.
