Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Compliance Project Manager to provide end-to-end project management for regulatory compliance initiatives. The role supports tracking and reporting to ensure adherence to laws, internal policies, and regulatory expectations, with emphasis on BSA/AML/OFAC and remediation actions.

Candidates should have strong writing skills and substantial PM experience in a US banking context, and be comfortable working in a remote, consulting setup with client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on BSA/AML and OFAC experience in a US banking setting.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, preferably compliance-related projects.
• Knowledge of FFIEC guidelines, OCC regulations, and US banking laws.
• Excellent writing, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for multiple compliance work streams.
• Coordinate remediation actions and track progress to meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support OCC-led exams and regulatory monitoring activities.
• Close out audit findings and coordinate CAP remediation with leadership.
