Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Compliance Project Manager to lead end-to-end regulatory initiatives within a U.S. banking environment.

This role manages actions, tracks progress, and reports to leadership to ensure compliance with laws, internal policies, and regulatory expectations while supporting OCC and FFIEC guidance. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in BSA/AML and OFAC, plus 5+ years of project management experience in compliance.

Qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on BSA/AML and OFAC experience in US banking.
• Minimum 5 years of project management, preferably compliance projects.
• Knowledge of FFIEC guidelines, OCC regs, and US laws for banking.
• Excellent writing and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate remediation actions and regulatory exam support.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports to leadership.
• Track progress and report to internal and external stakeholders.
