Affim is a remote-first company seeking a Compliance Lead to support its Compliance Testing Program. You will administer testing, identify regulatory gaps, and partner with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and grow the program.

The role reports to the Senior Compliance Manager and requires independence and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional work experience in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends.
• Experience in completing end-to-end compliance testing activities.

Aufgaben

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to the program and regulations.
• Collaborate across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and other departments while conducting reviews.
• Identify improvements to processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate compliance risk assessments and document results.
• Serve as an expert on regulatory compliance for new or revised products and services.
