Job summary

Affim is seeking a Compliance Lead to drive our Compliance Testing Program, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations. You will collaborate with Legal, Operations, Product and Engineering to resolve issues and enhance the program, reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The role emphasizes independent, cross-functional work in a remote-first environment with strong emphasis on testing, risk assessment, and continual improvement of controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and regulatory trends.
• Experience in end-to-end compliance testing.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Detail oriented, thorough and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to program and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product and others during reviews.
• Support fast-paced business with rigorous, precise work.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate risk assessment and control inventory documentation.
• Serve as expert on regulatory compliance for products and services.
• Continuously improve testing program processes.
