Job summary

Affim is seeking a Compliance Lead to support the Compliance Testing Program, partnering with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering to review regulatory adherence and close gaps. This remote role drives improvements across processes and controls.

We value strong communication, end-to-end testing experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, and base pay ranges reflect broad U.S. states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience in Compliance Testing, or Audit.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends.
• Experience in completing end-to-end compliance testing activities.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Inquisitive and proactive in proposing creative and effective solutions.
• Strong project management, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to present complex issues.
• Proficient with Google Docs, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Detail oriented, thorough, and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to the program and regulations.
• Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and others.
• Support a fast-paced business with tight deadlines while delivering thorough work.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes or propose new controls.
• Coordinate execution of risk assessments and control inventories.
