Affim is seeking a Compliance Lead to support our Compliance Testing Program, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations and proactively addressing regulatory issues. You will partner with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve findings and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of federal/state financial services regulations.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end compliance testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and other departments during reviews.
• Support a fast-paced business with thorough and detailed work products.
• Identify improvements to current processes or propose new controls to strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate the execution of the compliance risk assessment and control inventory.
• Serve as an expert in regulatory compliance related to new or updated products and services.
• Continuously improve internal compliance processes related to the Compliance Testing Program.
