Job summary

Affim is a remote-first provider of compliant financial products, seeking a Compliance Lead to implement testing and oversight across the program. You will partner with Legal, Risk, Product, and Engineering to ensure regulatory alignment and issue remediation.

The role emphasizes building out testing processes, maintaining strong documentation, and delivering results under tight timelines. Visa sponsorship is not available where noted.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compliance Testing or Audit.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and trends affecting the business.
• Experience completing end-to-end compliance testing activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing testing and reporting on adherence to the compliance program and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
• Coordinate compliance risk assessments and control inventories.
• Serve as a regulatory compliance expert for new or revised products and services.
• Continuously improve the Compliance Testing Program processes.
