Job summary

The United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Compliance Operations Specialist 1 to monitor voice, messaging, and email traffic, ensuring policy compliance and reducing fraud. This remote role is based in Colombia, and you’ll help enforce CTIA requirements and internal policies.

You will analyze cases, identify trends, and work with teams to resolve issues, using investigative skills and clear communication to support customers and carriers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in fraud, abuse or compliance in ecommerce, FinTech, or telecommunications.
• Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Empathetic, data-driven and able to work with customers and carriers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to articulate ideas clearly.
• Willing to collaborate with industry partners to resolve issues and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Investigate cases quickly and accurately, analyzing behavior to deter bad actors.
• Identify trends and root causes; recommend preventative solutions.
• Use call detail records and traffic data to spot patterns and actions.
• Resolve urgent issues impacting businesses, carriers and consumers worldwide.
• Leverage company tools to detect and prevent non-compliant activity.
• Provide email support to ensure a positive customer experience.
