Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims to oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across states in a remote capacity. You will supervise 1st/3rd party claims, guide adjusters, and coordinate with partners and brokers to ensure efficient resolutions.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory claims experience, 7+ years in complex claims, a Bachelor's degree, and litigation exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible supervisory role in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving SIU.
• Professional designation such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters on coverage and liability.
• Direct daily operations including staffing and cross-state coverage.
• Monitor performance, training needs, and service standards.
• Oversee litigation matters and manage external counsel.
• Travel as needed for enterprise meetings and in-person events.
