Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. invites applications for the Manager, Competitive Intelligence role. This remote position requires the ability to work standard Eastern Time business hours and to deliver rigorous research to inform corporate strategy and key initiatives.

The role leads analysis of competitors and market trends, communicates insights to senior leaders, and supports intelligence distribution through presentations, webinars, and board-level materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or economics.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, accounting, finance, or economics).
• Two or more years in management consulting, leading corporate strategy or strategic initiatives.
• Seven or more years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and key intelligence topics.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure actionable and timely intelligence.
• Develop and maintain detailed strategic and operational profiles on competitors and key topics.
• Support distribution activities including presentations to Leadership Team, webinars, and board-level documents.
• Maintain a database of primary and secondary research sources.
