Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Competitive Intelligence to lead research and analysis of corporate strategy initiatives. The role requires presenting insights to all levels of management and supporting Sales & Marketing initiatives through timely intelligence.

The position emphasizes project management, stakeholder communication, and developing comprehensive profiles on competitors and market topics, with remote flexibility across ET business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, accounting, finance, economics).
• Two or more years in management consulting or leading corporate strategy required.
• Seven+ years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and Key Intelligence Topics and Industry Disrupting Trends.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the company to ensure intelligence is actionable and timely.
• Develop and maintain detailed strategic and operational profiles on key competitors, suppliers, partners and designated topics.
• Support intelligence distribution activities, including presentations to Leadership Team, webinars, and Board-level documentation.
• Maintain a database of primary and secondary research sources.
