Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Manager, Competitive Intelligence to conduct research and analysis supporting corporate strategy initiatives. You will present insights to management and lead project work with defined objectives.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position with ET business hours and a target bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or economics is required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, accounting, finance, or economics) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and Key Intelligence Topics.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the company to ensure actionable, timely intelligence.
• Develop and maintain detailed strategic and operational profiles on key competitors and partners.
• Support intelligence distribution activities, including presentations to leadership and Board-level docs.
• Maintain a database of primary and secondary research sources.
