Job summary

Twilio is hiring a Compensation Manager to partner with GTM and Marketing to design, implement, and manage global compensation programs. You will lead benchmarking, market trends, and job architecture within a high-growth tech environment.

You will guide annual cycles, offers, promotions, pay equity analyses, and escalation of pay decisions. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Compensation and collaborates with the People team and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably supporting technical organizations.
• Experience with equity compensation structures at a publicly traded company.
• Excellent project management and compensation program design skills.
• Strong analytics with modeling and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage compensation programs for GTM, Marketing, and Global Sales.
• Develop scalable compensation structures and training materials for leaders and managers.
• Create dynamic models and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Advise on offers, promotions, and pay equity analyses and recommendations.
• Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to scale automated solutions.
