Job summary

Alera Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst to price and benchmark jobs, analyze market data, and translate compensation insights into actionable decisions for HR and leadership. You’ll work across job pricing, benchmarking, job architecture, salary surveys, and Workday while partnering with HR and business leaders.

This remote role offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on compensation experience, including job pricing.
• Proficient in Excel with large compensation data sets.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings for HR partners.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Workday Compensation or CCP certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Price and benchmark jobs using market data sources.
• Support job architecture, leveling, and career paths.
• Manage salary survey submissions and analyze results.
• Build compensation reporting and analytics to turn data into insights.
• Support annual compensation processes and Workday activities.
