Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, administer, analyze, and continually improve global compensation programs. You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver insights, market analysis, and data-driven recommendations that support organizational objectives.

The role combines compensation expertise, advanced analytics, automation, and business consultation to improve accuracy, scalability, and governance of compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience supporting global compensation programs.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles and market pricing methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and data modeling skills.
• Experience building dashboards and decision-support tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and continuously improve Teradyne's global compensation programs.
• Analyze market data, salary structures, pay equity, and geographic differentials.
• Support annual compensation processes including merit, promotions, bonuses, and equity plans.
• Contribute to job evaluation, market alignment, and leveling initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and models to provide actionable compensation insights.
• Partner with HR partners and leaders on offers, promotions, and retention decisions.
