Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Compensation Analyst to provide cross-organizational compensation support enterprise-wide. You will evaluate complex compensation matters, apply policies and regulations, and offer data-driven guidance to Total Rewards Partners, HR, and business stakeholders.

The role involves market analysis, job evaluation, FLSA classification, and developing dashboards and reports to inform compensation decisions. Strong analytical judgment and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 4+ years of relevant experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or related field.
• Knowledge of base pay, job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive compensation.
• FLSA requirements knowledge and experience evaluating exempt/nonexempt classifications.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data set analysis, modeling, and advanced formulas.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, or data visualizations to communicate insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to translate data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Total Rewards Partners and HR stakeholders to provide compensation guidance aligned with policy and market practices.
• Support cross-organizational compensation across multiple Sectors and Functions while maintaining internal equity.
• Independently evaluate promotions, salary adjustments, and other compensation actions using established review frameworks.
• Evaluate bonuses and incentive payments for compliance and program requirements; flag risks as appropriate.
• Conduct market pricing and analyses using salary survey data to identify trends and issues and recommend actions.
• Develop compensation models, dashboards, and recurring/ad hoc reporting to support decisions.
