Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an Associate Analyst, Compensation to provide administrative and operational support for compensation programs. The role focuses on data accuracy, documentation, and execution of compensation activities to attract, retain, and support employees.

Responsibilities include maintaining job descriptions, conducting market analysis, assisting with salary reviews, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Workday and Payfactors is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support routine compensation activities, such as maintaining job descriptions, reviewing employee compensation data, creating internal communications/letters, and delivering communications through DocuSign.
• Assist with compensation reviews, including salary ranges, data entry and auditing, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations, including FLSA, minimum wage, and pay transparency requirements.
• Assist the team with ad hoc compensation projects, audits, reports, and data validation.
• Support HR Business Partners with job evaluations and market analysis, and providing recommendations.
• Coordinate collection and submission of annual market survey data.
• Support market pricing activities within third-party compensation platforms.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports upon request.
• Maintain organized documentation for compensation programs and processes.
• Provide support for annual compensation cycles, including merit and short-term incentive processes.
• Assist with preparing communication materials, timelines, and tracking documents.
• Perform other duties as requested.
