SNI Companies has partnered with our client to hire a Compensation Analyst. The role will analyze, administer, and support the organization’s compensation program, conducting market research and salary data analysis to ensure pay practices are competitive and equitable.

The analyst will support job evaluations, tiered job descriptions, and benchmarking against external surveys, while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Experience with compensation survey data and pricing methodologies.
• Knowledge of job evaluation, salary structures, and pay equity.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Familiarity with compensation analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and support job leveling and classification initiatives.
• Develop and revise job description tiers to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Research external compensation surveys and benchmark positions against market data.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and compensation information.
