Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.
• CCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain job descriptions and compensation data accuracy.
• Assist with salary ranges, market analysis, data entry, and audits.
• Prepare communications and letters via DocuSign and deliver compensation communications.
• Support annual compensation cycles including merit and short-term incentive processes.
• Coordinate collection and submission of market survey data.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports and maintain documentation.
